In the winter of 2001 as the Manager of the Public Art and Design Program, Glenn Weiss led the Public Art and Design Committee of the Broward Cultural Affairs Council in commissioning several artist public art plans. These plans set new directions for the Public Art and Design Program that were summarized in the Five Year Plan Goals: 2002-2006.
